I have a projector and it's awing. The picture rivals that of LCDs and Plasmas and is much bigger (92"). My friends are jealous. You do have to make sure it's within a light controlled freedom however and you shall need a good sound system to finish the package.
Sony's SXRDs are incredible but expensive (ie: VPL-VW40). Their lower fall line are still beautiful good close to the VPL-AW15.
