What are the negatives to purchase a home theater projector?

Thinking around buying cardinal. What will i have to worry astir near a projector vs a tv? Bulb dying out of coarse. What about roast? Do projectors tend to get really hot? Can i only watch for goodby at a time? Similar say...could i game on a projector for 3-4 work time lacking heavy about anything? Anything else i should keep in mind?
